- Cancellations and rescheduling are free up to 28 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 27 to 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made 13 days or less before arrival: No refund. Rescheduling is only possible with a valid medical certificate.
- Cancellation protection with more flexible terms can be added during booking.

Online Payment
- The package (including experience, coffee break, dinner, and accommodation) is payable upon booking.
- Your booking is only valid once payment has been completed and confirmed.

- The full amount for accommodation is paid at the time of booking via bank transfer, plusgiro, or Swish.
- Open purchase applies up to 28 days before arrival.
